<p>PURPOSE: To use an index sheet with an area large enough to cover a cassette so that the cassette can be inserted without being hindered by forming a portion of the sheet corresponding to a recess for receiving a bulge constituting a front opening of the cassette into a concave deformation by means of a press. CONSTITUTION: A concave deformation 11 in conformity with a bulge 34 of a cassette 31 is formed at a portion of an index sheet 10 corresponding to a recess 9 of a cover 3, that is, the bulge 34 of the cassette 31. The deformation 11 is formed by means of a press from the rear side of the sheet 10, that is, from the side of the cassette 31. Thus a bulged portion corresponding to the concave deformation is formed on the front side of the sheet 10, so that the bulged portion can be received in the recess 9 of the cover 3. As a result, the sheet is large enough to cover the cassette 31 and a space for entry of numbers or the like can be sufficiently provided.</p> |
