摘要

PURPOSE: To suppress a rate of increase in number of transmission lines small by allowing a central management equipment to transit repetitively the inter-connection state between a subscriber access device and a service node according to a preset pattern as time elapses. CONSTITUTION: The system is provided with plural (m) subscriber access devices 51-5m accommodating subscriber terminals 81-8L, plural (n) service nodes 21-2n offering service to the subscriber terminals 81-8L, an n×m cross connect switch 8 interconnecting the subscriber access devices 51-5m and the service nodes 21-2n and a central management equipment 1 controlling the cross connect switch 8. The central management equipment 1 transits repetitively the interconnection state between the subscriber access devices 51-51m and the service nodes 21-2n according to a preset pattern as time elapses. In this case, all of the subscriber access devices 51-51m and all of the service nodes 21-2n are connected at once for one repetitive period.
