PURPOSE: To provide a wide area facility maintenance planning device capable of easily improving a maintenance plan by inputting a sudden work suppressing condition and a work performance. CONSTITUTION: The wide area facility maintenance planning device is provided with a maintenance planning device 1 for preparing a plan based upon a previously set reference rule 11, a working condition input part 5 for inputting a sudden work suppressing condition as an additional rule 21, a plan correcting part 2 for commanding the repreparation of the plan to the device 1 by reflecting the inputted rule 21 to the rule 11, and a work performance inputting part 4 for inputting work performance data 41 based upon the plan prepared by the device 1. The planning device is also provided with a work performance managing part 3 for managing the history of the inputted performance data 41 and feeding back the managed performance history 31 to the correcting part 2 to prepare a plan matched with an actual condition and correct following plans. |
