PURPOSE: To provide an image forming device, in which toner, dust or the like is effectively prevented from adhering to lenses and, at the same time, which precisely radiates the light emitted from image element array through the lenses onto the surface of a photosensitive body so as to produce high image quality latent image on the photosensitive body. CONSTITUTION: In the image forming device formed by jointly providing and fixed together both a lens plate 3, in which a plurality of lenses 3a are linearly arranged and supported at the predetermined intervals, and a base plate 1, on which a plurality of image element arrays 2 are linearly arranged and placed, under the condition that a spacer is placed between the lens plate and the base plate so as to correspond the respective lenses 3a with the respective image element arrays 2 one by one, transparent covering member 5 is arranged outside the lenses 3a and, at the same time, light quantity reducing members 6 and lens registering members 7 are attached onto the transparent covering member 5. |
