PURPOSE: To provide the manufacturing method of a heat insulating panel having excellent workability at forming, uniform heat resistance, high strength, excellent fire protection and resistance, and excellent tensile peel strength as a panel. CONSTITUTION: On both faces of a reinforcing structure 1, composite 5 made of foaming phenol resin 2 and inorganic fiber sheet 3 of which the face contacting with the reinforcing structure 1 is coated with thermoplastic substance 4 is laminated. Skin material 6 is laminated on the outside through hot melt film or thermohardening resin, and heated and pressed so as to foam and harden the foaming phenol resin, otherwise the composite 5 coated with the thermoplastic substance 4 is laminated on both faces of the reinforcing structure 1, the foaming phenol resin is foamed and hardened by heating and pressing so as to form a core material, and skin material is stuck on both faces of the core material so as to provide a heat insulating panel. |
