PURPOSE: To prevent the early delamination of a sheet by a simple device by providing a means for feeding sheets one by one, a printing roller means, a thermal printing means and a peel means for breaking the tab of a substrate to peel the substrate and providing a thermal laminating means for thermally laminating a heat-sensitive sheet to the image forming layer of the peeled substrate. CONSTITUTION: A laminate film 10 is formed from a substrate 12, an image forming layer and a peel sheet 14 and a fragile tab 22 is provided to the substrate 12 along a score line. An apparatus 30 is provided with feed devices 32A, 32B, a thermal printer 34, a peel device 36 and a laminating device 38. The film 10 is guided to discharge tracks 78A, 78B by a vacuum roller 70 and a feed-in roller 116 feeds the tab 22 of the film 10 to the peel device 36 from the drum 42 of the thermal printer 34. The laminating device 38 captures the substrate 12 and the image forming layer between laminating rolls 146U, 146L and a web 148 and the substrate 12 are pulled by a take-up reel 154 and the web 148 is peeled and the laminated substrate is carried to a pocket 168. |
