PURPOSE: To enable a composition of inorganic fluorescent pigment and thermoplastic resin to be used in a routine life space without any malaise by make coloring not excessively distinct by a method wherein the composition is scattered on at least one face of a gas permeable cloth. CONSTITUTION: About 25 pts.wt. of fluorescent pigment is mixed with about 100 pts.wt. of polyvinyl chloride. After dispersing uniformly, viscosity of the mixture is adjusted to about 1600 about 1800cps (type C viscometer) with a diluent. The mixture is applied to a base fabric (gray cloth density: about 24×26 yarns/tow, and porosity: about 34.6%) by a coating amount of about 200 - about 220g/m<2> by dipping, which is cured at about 190 deg.C for about 60sec, and an inside irradiating ultraviolet emitting sheet is obtained. The sheet is white under daylight, and when it is irradiated with the ultraviolet, it emits green.
