MULTIPOINT CONTROL METHOD FOR ISDN EXCHANGE

PURPOSE: To provide an application program for which the broadcasting type incoming call processing of the I interface of an ISDN is simple relating to an exchange for housing an ISDN basic interface. CONSTITUTION: A signal control part 111A inside an I interface control part 111 is provided with a layer 3 protocol processing part 111B for controlling the protocol states of respective terminals and a call processing application part 120 is provided with a rationality checking function part 121 for checking the rationality of reception signals from the respective terminals before deciding the terminal at the time of broadcasting type incoming call when the layer 2 constitution of the I interface is a point-to-point form. Then, a difference between the broadcasting type incoming call when the layer 2 constitution of the I interface is the point-to-point form and the general incoming call processing of the point-to-point form is concealed by the I interface control part 111.
