PURPOSE: To control the response speed by self discharge pressure, and to set the response speed to an arbitrary value according to an external signal. CONSTITUTION: A variable throttle valve 30 is disposed in an oil path for supplying pressure oil to a large diameter chamber 7 of a displacement control piston 6 or an oil path for circulating outflow oil to a tank, and the variable throttle valve 30 can be switched between the state of a throttle opening area inverse- proportional to the discharge pressure and the state of a designated throttle opening area regardless of the self discharge pressure according to an external signal.
