PURPOSE: To economically and efficiently advance work based upon a common subject without requiring time adjustment in each worker at the time of executing co-operative work by plural workers working at separated places by managing the speeches of respective workers joining in a conference by a master computer and transmitting the speeches to respective group computers in relation with display positions. CONSTITUTION: The master computer 1 provided with a master file 2 is connected to respective group computers 3 through a network 4 and the computer 1 records and manages the contents of speeches transmitted from all the group computers 3 in the master file 2. Each group computer 3 inputs heading position information specifying the contents of the conference to which the contents of its speech belong at the time of trnasmitting the speech. The master computer 1 analyzes the heading position information, stores the analyzed result as a chain of heading level information arranged based upon a common dispute point and returns the stored contents to the computer 3. |
