PURPOSE: To realize an outdoor solar cell by improving insulating performance of a thin film solar cell, improving the reliability of the withstand voltage of a solar light generator system, preventing the decrease in the yield due to the failure of the withstand voltage performance and reducing the cost of the module. CONSTITUTION: A solar cell module 12 is formed by laminating a solar cell 13 having a semiconductor layer 17 as an element to form a thin film solar cell of an amorphous silicon, etc, on a glass board 14, and mounting an aluminum frame 15 in which the peripheral end of the board 14 is sandwiched. Two or more insulating parts 24, 25 for insulating the part of the layer 17 and/or a conductive layer (SnO2 layer 16, the aluminum layer 17) formed near the frame 15 of the board 14 and the other part are formed at least toward the inside. |
