PURPOSE: To provide a structure of a main rope clamp which keeps the main rope clamp from being exposed outside after roof construction is finished and which can reduce costs because of a reduced number of members and eliminate the need to take any special measures against leaking of rain to allow for workability during its fabrication process. CONSTITUTION: Roof panels, a plug 112, and a roof beam 110 are held in place by screw bolts 16, and a main rope clamp 120 is suspended between the two roof panels. The flat part of the main rope clamp 120 does not interfere with a connecting ridgepole. After roof construction is finished, a roof finish 88 is installed. In this case the overall height of the main rope clamp 120 is set to a length that does not interfere with the top of a ridge cap 106. |
