PURPOSE: To provide a retractor which reduces the extension when a take-up member, around which a webbing is wound, is locked. CONSTITUTION: The body section 10 of a take-up member 26, around which a webbing is wound, is provided with a fitting groove 30 in which a stopper member 32, threaded into the ring-like take-up end section of the webbing, is contained and a slit into which the webbing is threaded. Both end sections 32A of the stopper member 32 contained in the fitting groove 30 are inserted into locking grooves 34 and placed on the bottom sections 34A of the locking grooves 34 to receive the load exerted on the webbing at the bottom sections 34A on which both end sections of the stopper member 32 is supported so as not to sink, preventing the extension of the webbing. |
