<p>PURPOSE: To remarkably improve heating efficiency by thermally fusing the peripheral line parts of two thermoplastic resin films together with a check valve for inlet/outlet of gas, and injecting gas therein after sticking them on a light transmitting building material. CONSTITUTION: The peripheral line parts of two thermoplastic resin films 21, 22 are thermally welded together with a check valve 2 for inlet/outlet of gas, the center part is thermally welded nearly dot-likely at nearly regular intervals, and hence a composite sheet 1 is manufactured. The thermoplastic resin film 21. 22 is made of polyethylene, and the check valve 2 is made of ethylene- vinylacetate copolymer. Otherwise, both can be made of fluororesin. Pressure sensitive adhesive is spread on at least on one side of the composite sheet 1, the sheet is stuck on a light transmitting building member in state of no gas therein, and then gas is injected in the sheet 1 so as to expand it. Hereby, large heat insulating effect is exhibited and heating efficiency can be remarkably improved.</p> |
