POLYETHYLENE FOAM SHEET HAVING PRINTED MULTILAYER COVER FILM

The cubic multicolor-patterned sponge sheet is produced by (A) adhering the printed multi-layered film (3) onto the extrusion molded sponge sheet (2) of foamed polyethylene by passing through heated press rolls ; and (B) heating and foaming the film-fusioned PE sheet (1) by thermal convection in the multi-stage temperature range. The sponge sheet is prepared by mixing as main components crosslinking agent to crosslink low density polyethylene resin and other resin and auxiliary agent, and organic and inorganic foaming agents as additives and pigment.
