PURPOSE: To obtain an acrylic tacky agent composition having high tack at a normal temperature, readily removable by heating, having no problems in terms of safety and hygienic environment in the case of using the acrylic tacky agent composition as a tacky tape. CONSTITUTION: This acrylic tacky agent composition is obtained by dispersing a capsule type cross-linking agent composed of granules, which is composed of a polyfunctional compound containing two or more epoxy groups or two or more isocyanate groups in the molecule and has 0.1-50μm average particle diameter, coated with wax in 0.05-5.0μm thickness, into a tacky agent composed of an acrylic copolymer containing at least one or more functional groups selected from the group consisting of a carboxyl group, a hydroxyl group and an amino group.
