A round pole(4) is wound by glass fiber laminates of nonwoven glass fibers(1, 1') and woven glass fibers(2, 2'), and rotated in 1500-1800 rpm in a mold(5). Polyester resin is molded with a stone powder, a hardening agent and a pigment by injectors(7, 7') after pull out the round pole(4) to give the pole pipe. A metallic frame(8) with laminate is inserted into a cavity(9) of the mold built-in the pole pipe, and injected synthetic resin mixed solution by rotating the frame(8) to give the pole for a road lamp.
