The bias type magnetic resistor device comprises comprises a magnetic resistor device pattern formed a stripe shaped magnetic thin film of 250˜650 angstrom thickness on the substrate, a magnetic resistor device chip having an electrode part established on the bottom of the stripe of the device pattern, and a bias magnet sticked to the device chip. The bias field(HB) is induced by the bias magnet to the parallel direction of the stripe. The substrate is glass(SiO2), glazed alumina or silicon substrate. The magnetic resistor device increases an output frequency and a magnetic resistor variation ratio.
