CONSTITUTION: Electric pole peripheral surface installing bellows-shaped insulating covers A having inserting connecting parts 5 and 10 are constituted in both end parts of a half pipe type bellows-shaped cover 1 having opening 2 by half-cutting an extensible-contactible flexible hollow bellows pipe made of an insulating material. These bellows-shaped insulating covers A are bent in a fan shape, and the opening 2 side is run along an electric pole peripheral surface, and the inserting connecting parts 5 and 10 of end parts are connected to each other, and a cable installing metal fitting of an electric pole is wrapped and covered. Therefore, even if high voltage is induced between an overhead communication cable and the installing metal fitting by a high voltage transmission distribution line in the vicinity of an overhead communication cable line, an accident when an operator on the electric pole electrically contacts the installing metal fitting can be prevented.
