PURPOSE: To produce a structure having a good shape, not generating a crack or the separation of a fiber and reduced in discoloration or the mixture with carbide in good yield by alternately arranging a plurality of rolls having grooves in which molten resin impregnated continuous fiber bundles are fitted formed to the outer peripheries thereof above and below the position where the molten resin impregnated continuous fiber bundles run. CONSTITUTION: A roll type shaping means 10 consists of three rolls 11a, 11b, 11c alternately arranged above and below a position where molten resin impregnated continuous fiber bundles 5 run. The respective rolls have a plurality of grooves 12 in which the molten resin impregnated continuous fiber bundles 5 are fitted formed to the outer peripheries thereof at the pitch corresponding to the running interval of the molten resin impregnated continuous fiber bundles 5 and are usually composed a metal material of which the surface is plated with chromium. The shapes and arranging positions of the groove 12 of each of the respective rolls are set so that the bottom parts of the grooves 12 of the rolls 11a, 11b, 11c are overlapped each other when the rolls are looked in the running direction of the molten resin impregnated continuous fiber bundles 5 to demarcate an objective product shape. |
