METHOD FOR SOLUBILIZATION OF NIMODIPINE

The solubilizing method of a nimodipine is characterized by dissolving the nimodipine into an ethanol, and adding the solution to a mixed solution of a polyethylene glycol 400, a sodium citrate, a citric anhydride and a distilled water for an injection. The solubilized solution is composed of 0.02˜0.1wt.% nimodipine, 15˜23wt.% ethanol, 15˜20wt.% polyethylene glycol 400, 0.1˜0.5wt.% sodium citrate, 0.01˜0.05wt.% citric anhydride and 60˜80wt.% distilled water. The solubilized nimodipine is used in the treatment of a hypertension having a calcium antagonism.
