PURPOSE: To place the emulator device of a CPU in operation while the CPU is mounted. CONSTITUTION: The collector A10 of a CPU system board 1 and the collector B11 of an emulator connection board 3 are connected, and the emulator device 4 is connected to the connector C12 of the emulator connection board 3. When the connector A10 and connector B11 are connected, terminals b1 and b2 of the connector B are short-circuited, so a ground potential is impressed to one of two input terminals of an AND gate 5 through the terminal a1 of the connector A, the terminal b1 of the connection B, the terminal b2 of the connector B, and the terminal a2 of the connector A. Consequently, the CPU 2 can be held in a reset state at all times and the output terminal of the CPU 2 is held in a high impedance state. |
