SOLUTION: An N-channel transistor(TR) N1 and a P-channel TR P1 connected in series and an N-channel TR N2 and a P-channel TR P2 connected in series are provided, the TRs P1, N2 act like reference TRs, in the normal mode, each drain is connected to its own gate and each gate connects to outputs S1, S2 of a reference level generator. The reference level generator is a generator of an integrated circuit type provided with at least a 1st current circulation arm, standby mode TRs Q1, Q2 placed between each current circulation arm and a power supply terminal, and a mode control input to which mode signals POR-STBY, NPOR-STBY are given to turn off the standby mode TRs Q1, Q2 in the standby mode and to turn on them in the normal mode. |
