PURPOSE: To easily check the formation, the correction, the addition and the adaptability of data base by imaging the formation, the correction and the addition of a screen on a CRT terminal. CONSTITUTION: Power system facility information (facility name, facility display image, facility type, connectable direction) defined by facility information defining means 111 is inputted to a facility information file 112. Facility information retrieving means 113 retrieves the corresponding facility information from the file 112, and inputs it to data base preparing means 13. An image 121 is formed according to the output signal from a CRT terminal 2 and the data from the file 112, and stored in a screen information file 122. Screen information reading means 123 reads screen information from the file 122, and inputs it to the means 13. The means 13 forms data base 3 from the information. Facility code setting means 14 sets facility code to the base 3. Thus, the base 3 is easily prepared. |
