PURPOSE: To lessen a fastening piece in weight without deteriorating it in necessary adhesive force. CONSTITUTION: A fastening piece is composed of a permanent magnet 20, an adhesive piece A equipped with a ferromagnetic member 10 located at one of the magnetic pole surfaces 20 of the permanent magnet 20, and an adhesive piece B equipped with another ferromagnetic member 10 adhered to the former ferromagnetic member 10 of the adhesive piece A through the intermediary of a hole 30, wherein a ferromagnetic projection 12 is provided to both the adhesive pieces A and B or either of them. Therefore, a blind hole 40 is provided to the ferromagnetic projection 12 from a ferromagnetic plate 11 side and set so as to amount to more than 2.2% but smaller than 88.9% in sectional area in parallel with the ferromagnetic plate 11. |
