<p>PURPOSE: To easily use a tuner which can receive satellite broadcast by forming a signal route between the satellite broadcast tuner and a video output unit and setting the satellite broadcast tuner which can be used in an operation state. CONSTITUTION: A television receiver 1 is made an AV center. A fourth VTR5, a first VTR2 and a second VTR3 are connected to the receiver 1 being the AV center as the AV units of a slave machine. A video disk player 6 is connected to the VTR5 of the slave machine as a grand child machine. A satellite tuner 7 and a third VTR4 are connected to the VTR2 of the slave machine as the AV units of the grand child machine. When a system satellite monitor function is used, the signal of the free satellite tuner 7 can be displayed on the receiver 1 during video recording. When an automatic tuner switching function is used, the satellite tuner in a system can be set to an operation state even if the satellite tuner 7 is not incorporated in the receiver, and the reception picture of satellite broadcasting can be displayed by using the satellite tuner 7.</p> |
