PURPOSE: To facilitate the setting of the gate angle of CRT in a projector device. CONSTITUTION: An inclination ring 20 where a part to be engaged and a sliding part are shaped along an opening part and an inclination ring 30 where an engagement part engaged with the part to be engaged in the inclination ring 20 is shaped along an opening part are provided. The inclination rings 20 and 30 are engaged so that they can be rotated, and they are inserted between a coupling part and a lens block 10. The part to be engaged and the sliding part can be formed at the edge of the lens block 10. When the maximum inclination angle of an inclination surface is set toθ, the curvature of a concave lens 44 to be R and a distance between the inclination ring 20 and the base of the concave lens 44 to be L, a rotary center is eccentric by (R-L)θin the sliding part.
