PURPOSE: To provide a fuel cell power generating device capable of preventing abnormal increase in temperature of a combustion chamber in a reformer when output of a fuel cell is decreased, leading to operation stop. CONSTITUTION: A controller 62' outputs a revolution number instruction 65' to a low temperature blower 16 based on an output instruction 63 to a fuel cell 5, oxygen concentration 64 detected with an oxygen concentration detector 60, and outlet temperature 82 detected with a temperature detector 81, and outputs an opening correction instruction 66' to a reformer combustion air flow rate control valve 61. If the outlet temperature 82 in a combustion chamber Co exceeds an upper limit value, the opening of the reformer combustion air flow rate control valve 61 is increased, and the number of revolution of the low temperature blower 16 is also increased, and air flow rate to the combustion chamber Co in a reformer 3 is increased to lower the the temperature of the combustion chamber Co. |
