PURPOSE: To easily select a desired piece of music out of many pieces of music without a booklet for indexes, etc. CONSTITUTION: When an operator turns a select knob, pulses corresponding its quantity of rotation are outputted from a music selection input part 15 and the pulse signal is supplied to a system control part 701. When an m-th piece of music is selected with the pulse signal, a KARAOKE musical performance control part 72 performs arithmetic of ((P.KFN)+(m-1)×24) by referring to a painter P.KFN in a ROM cartridge 50 and calculates the address of the title for television display of the m-th piece of music. And, a title information on the m-th piece of music and other five following pieces of music are read out and displayed on a television 60. Consequently, the titles of the six pieces of music are listed on the television 60. |
