PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a device with a fastening member fixed to a body against falling down. SOLUTION: In this device, a winged screw 14 is screwed in a main body 22 of a mounting 10 for holding a spotlight through a keyhole-shaped opening 36 of a holding plate 30. The holding plate 30 fixes the winged screw 14 so as not to allow falling down thereof, while a position of the holding plate 30 can be varied to fasten the winged screw 14 at different positions. For this purpose, the holding plate 30 is displaceably held on the mounting 10.
