CONSTITUTION: When a connection request is received from a monitored process 101a, a monitored process connection reception part 105 connects the process 101a to an information acquisition part 104, and the process 101a outputs the process information to the part 104 which sends the received information to an information output part 106. Meanwhile, a processing process 103a gives a request to a processing process connection reception part 107 for connection, and the part 107 connects the process 103a to the part 106. The part 106 outputs the process information on the process 101a received from the part 104 to the process 103a. The process 103a processes the received process information and stores it in a file 108.
