PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the power consumption of output circuits, load networks, a differential current source, and tristate control circuits when they are in dormant states in a tristate mode to be zero. SOLUTION: A differential current source 51 forms first and second complementary currents I1 and I2 from input video signals S1. A first load network 52 generates first video output signals V1 from the first current I1 and a second load network 54 generates second video output signals V2 from the second current I2. A first output circuit 56 supplies the first and second video output signals V1 to a first output terminal 16 and a second output circuit 58 supplies the second and first video output signals V2 and V1 to a second output terminal 18. Tristate control circuits Q1 and Q2 enable or inhibit the first and second currents in response to tristate control signals.
