<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a fly-back transformer which is capable of being improved in productivity and markedly lessened in manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A low-voltage bobbin 4 equipped with a low-voltage winding 5, a high-voltage bobbin 6 equipped with a high-voltage winding 7, a high-voltage connector 20 which leads out a high voltage from the high-voltage winding 7, and a high-voltage film capacitor 10 which is charged with or discharges electricity of high voltage are built in a case 2 insulated by an epoxy resin 3. A plastic film 11 is wound on the cylindrical shaft 21 of the high-voltage connector 20. An electrode is provided to the inner and outer side of the plastic film 11 wound on the cylindrical shaft 21 respectively. A lead wire 13b is connected to the electrodes respectively. By this setup, the high-voltage film capacitor 10 is easily formed in one piece with the high-voltage connector 20. By the use of the high-voltage film capacitor 10, the fly-back transformer 1 is capable of being lessened in space, enhanced in productivity, and decreased in cost.</p> |
