PURPOSE: To enhance color reproduction performance and to reduce the deterioration of performance due to the fluctuation of development processing conditions by incorporating a specified dye in the form of solid dispersion in one layer and specified couplers in another layer. CONSTITUTION: The color photographic sensitive material contains at least one kind of dye represented by the formula in a solid dispersion in at least one layer and at least 2 kinds of couplers to be allowed to develop color different in hue from each other in at least one of photosensitive emulsion layers or its adjacent layer. In the formula, A is an acid nucleus having at least one carboxyl group; each of L<1> -L<3> is an optionally substituted methine group; each of R<1> and R<3> is an H or another atom or a substituent; R<2> is a substituent including a substituent atom; n is 0 or 1; m is 0, 1, 2, 3, or 4, and when m is >=2, R<2> may be same or different; and X is an electron withdrawing group having a Hammett's substituent constantδm of 0.3-1.5.
