PURPOSE: To ensure high photosensitivity and to enable use in a wide wavelength region by incorporating a linear polymer having acid and hydroxyl groups as a specified copolymer. CONSTITUTION: The top of an Al substrate made hydrophilic by silicate treatment is coated with a positive photosensitive compsn. contg. a compd. having at least two enol ether groups represented by the formula (R<2> )(R<1> )C=C(R<3> )-O- and a linear polymer having acid and hydroxyl groups. The linear polymer is a copolymer of a monomer (a) having an acid group and a monomer (b) having a hydroxyl group or a monomer (c) contg. both acid and hydroxyl groups with a monomer (d) contg. neither acid group nor hydroxyl group. The molar ratio of a:b:d is (5-30):(5-30):(90-40). The molar ratio of c:d is (5-30):(95-70).
