PURPOSE: To obtain an optical disk which provides a high quality and high precision image such as characters, etc., by the writing with water-soluble ink and has a label surface which can delete printing, etc. CONSTITUTION: A first covering layer including a filling material and a binding material is provided on a protection coat of an optical disk. On this first covering layer, a second covering layer including 80wt.% or more of vinylpyrrolidonepolymer having weight mean molecules of 30000 or more and allowing writing by a water-soluble ink is then provided in the thickness of 0.1μm or more. |
