The protection plate for increasing mounting density of optical element and connector includes a means(1) protecting and supporting optical fiber, a first means(8) placed on upper side of the means(1) to store optical cable, a second means(11) placed on side of the first means(8) to store spare optical cable, a means(9) having a number of grooves for coupling/decoupling connector easily, and a means(14) connecting optical fiber(7) drawn from the second means to subscriber.
