Has a stator fitted with at least a winding(17,18) and a rotor, having at least an annular permanent magnet having two radial alternate magnetic zones(22,23), which rotates inside the stator. The stator has an interior cylindrical shaped soft piece(11) having an annular zone coaxial with the permanent magnets(9,10) and having 2N radial stator gaps(20). The stator has also an exterior tubular soft metal piece(1) having 2N stator gaps(21) arranged with respect to the gaps(20) in the interior piece(11). The electrical winding(17,18) surrounds the interior piece in an annular zone shifted with respect to the annular magnet. |
