PURPOSE: To perform power line communication for effectively utilizing a power line network by providing a network coupler corresponding to a terminal and connecting a microcomputer to the coupler through a modem. CONSTITUTION: The microcomputer C1 is connected to a connection part D1 for communication corresponding to an airport lighting device L1, the microcomputer C3 is connected to the connection part D3 for the communication corresponding to the airport lighting device L3 and the power line communication through the power line network formed by a power line PL is performed between the computers C1 and C3. The connection part DI is provided with the network coupler NC and a power line communication modem M1 .
