<p>PURPOSE: To provide the copper-nickel metal film fixed resistor's resistance element heat treatment method with which the exfoliation of a resistance film and defective appearance can be reduced and also productivity can be improved. CONSTITUTION: Resistance elements 9, on which a Cu-Ni film is formed in laminar multilayer, are put in a highly heat-proof stainless or glass tube, in a glass tube for example, in a row in axial direction of a resistor, and a plurality of glass tubes, in which the resistance elements 9 are put in, are formed into a bundle. Then, after the glass tube bundle has been inserted in a cylindrical furnace core tube 2 in axial direction, it is heated up to 400 to 800 deg.C for five minutes to seveal hours in the state wherein anti-oxidant reducing gas is introduced into the furnace core tube 2. At this time, the furnace core tube 2 itself is continually forward-rotated in axial direction by a furnace core tube driving device 4. Then, heat is conducted to the resistance element in the glass tube 1 from the furnace core tube 2, the heat required for heat diffusion is given, and the Cu-Ni resistance film is alloyed.</p> |
