PURPOSE: To enhance an electronic equipment in reliability by a method wherein a conductor is prevented from being exposed at the corner of a through-hole provided to a printed wiring board used for electronic equipments of various kinds. CONSTITUTION: A photographic developing-type solder resist provided with a cutout of nearly the same diameter as a through-hole 14 is formed, and an insulating resin layer 22 is formed on a land 13 provided in one piece with the through-hole 14 where the photographic developing-type solder resist is removed and the inner side of the through-hole corner.
