PURPOSE: To accurately and securely store and retrieve complicated intersection passage restriction information. CONSTITUTION: Passage restriction information on a road meeting an intersection is stored in an intersection passage restriction information storage part 101 and passage restriction information on an adjacent intersection having restrictions related to the intersection is stored in an adjacent intersection passage restriction information part 102. When it is decided that passage restrictions retrieved by an intersection passage restriction information retrieval part 103 can not be prescribed only by this intersection, an adjacent intersection passage restriction information retrieval part 104 retrieves passage restriction information on the adjacent intersection given a flag, a pointer, and the number of the head intersection and outputs the retrieved passage restriction information to an intersection passage restriction information output part 105. |
