<p>PURPOSE: To provide the reader for IC card of which the configuration is simplified by integrating a card reading mechanism and a device casing. CONSTITUTION: Concerning the reader for IC card composed of a lower cover 10 forming the floor surface of the device, upper cover 20 abode it and circuit board 30 arranged inside the upper cover 20, a pressing part 12 to be oscillated is provided on a bottom plate 11 of the lower cover 10, an inserting port 22 for an IC card 1 is provided at one terminal of the upper cover 20, a card protecting arm 25 to be oscillated is provided on that bottom plate 21, and an inserting path 23 is formed by the upper cover bottom plate 21 and the lower cover bottom plate 11. Besides, a connecting terminal 11 of a card connector 31 is arranged at the position faced to an external terminal 1a of the IC card on the lower surface of the circuit board 30, and a switch terminal 40 to be interlocked with the push-up of the pressing part 12 is arranged.</p> |
