PURPOSE: To prevent the waste toner from overflowing and to miniaturize a device by specifying a volume ratio of the supplying toner containing part and the waste toner recovering part, and pulling up the toner inside the toner containing space to the replenishing roller attached region side. CONSTITUTION: The toner container 3 is divided into the supplying toner containing part and the waste toner recovering part by the parting wall, and the volume ratio of both is set so as to preventing the waste toner from overflowing even in the case that the almost all the portion of developed toner is recovered as the waste toner and the very little amount is transferred to the drum on the photoreceptor drum 1 side. Moreover, the toner containing space 35A is formed in the toner container 3 provided with the inclined wall 35 composing the step-wise rising part 36. Then, following up the rotation of the replenish roller 21, the agitation fins 28a and 28b in the container 3 are rotated, thus the supplying toner is pulled up by the elasticity of the lower side agitation fin 28a rubbing the toner containing space 35A bottom side, energized by the rising part side surface 36a, and furthermore pulled up by the upper side agitation fin 28b. |
