PURPOSE: To provide the money changer and lending machine which can be distinguished from other kind of machines by making user's favorable impression. CONSTITUTION: When money is paid to a money reception block, the money is discriminated (steps S2 and S3). When it is confirmed that the money is genuine, a roulette game is started (steps S4 and S6). Then the money is changed and coins are paid out of a coin pay-out opening (step S7). A game result is read in next and when the result is 'win', the state of a setting switch is read in and discriminated (steps S8, S9, and S10).
