PURPOSE: To rapidly detect the antigen or antibody in a biological liquid with high sensitivity by a simple operation. CONSTITUTION: An antigen or antibody is fixed on a fiber aggregate having particles of a calcium phosphate compd. with an average particle size of 0.01μm-200μm and a Ca/P ratio of 1.0-2.0 supported thereon to obtain an antigen or antibody detection sheet. This detection sheet is brought into close contact with a specimen soln. to bond the antibody or antigen in a specimen and subsequently brought into contact with a soln. of a labelled compd. specifically bonding the antibody or antigen to detect a formed antigen-antibody composite.
