PURPOSE: To allow a user to execute various functions with a few operation keys in the communication terminal equipment. CONSTITUTION: An entry means 6 detecting a physical moving direction of a prescribed key 6J by a prescribed operation, displaying an optional items onto a display screen depending on the moving direction, selecting or confirming an item is provided to the communication terminal equipment. Thus, different operations such as display, selection and confirmation of an item is realized by one operation key and the communication terminal equipment is realized in which various functions are obtained with a few numbers of operation keys.
