<p>PURPOSE: To provide a measuring sensor which can be made small and thin as a whole and by which measured data can be obtained stably without being affected by the setting position of an LED chip so much. CONSTITUTION: A measuring sensor is provided with a main body part 100 having a groove part 110 in which an LED chip to be measured is set, with a light shielding cover 200 which is attached to the main body part 100 so as to cover the groove part and with a photodetector 300 which receives light from the LED chip. In the groove part 110, a derivation port 111 which guides the light from the LED chip to the photodetector 300 is formed, and a parabolic reflection wall part 112 by which light which is not incident on the side of the derivation port 111 directly from the LED chip is reflected so as to be guided to the derivation port 111 is formed. In the light shielding cover 200, an insertion hole 210 into which a probe coming into contact with the LED chip is inserted is made so as to correspond to the setting position of the LED chip. The derivation port 111 for the groove part 110 is opened in the side face part of the main-body part 100, and a light-receiving part 310 for the photodetector 300 is faced with the derivation port 111.</p> |
