PURPOSE: To carry only one parking card, and facilitate handling and optimize services by entering all necessary information into the one parking card. CONSTITUTION: The parking card 1 has a display part and a recording part; and the date and time of an entry, a parking charge, etc., are visually recorded at the display part and can be erased and rewritten, and mechanically readable information corresponding to the information recorded at the display part is recorded at the recording part. The reader writer 2 of a terminal device which is used here prints information at the display part of the parking card 1, rewrites the printed information, records the information at the recording part, and reads the information out of the recording part. Further, the computer 3 of the terminal device manages the generation of the print information and the mechanically readable information and control the reader writer 2. Then terminals like this are installed at the parking card issue department of a parking lot, at the charge payment department for purchase, facility utilization, etc., as parking charge display terminals, and at the parking change adjustment department of the parking lot. |
