<p>PURPOSE: To provide a toner that contains no electrostatic charge control agent being mainly attributable to a spent at time of copying, which is sufficient enough in electrifiability, no scattering the copying, also adequate enough in transfer efficiency, thereby making the required density cipied image stably securable for hours, and satisfactory in fixability for a transfer image as well as to be enough in smoothness of a surface of the copied image and thus a lustrous copied image is made so as to be securable. CONSTITUTION: Fixing resin in toner grains consists of a composition containing a kind of resin with an anionic polar group, while magnetic powder is contained in a rate from 0. 1 to 5 pt.wt to 100 pt.wt in the fixing resin, and metallic salt stearate is contained in the tone grains at a rate from 0.01 to 5 pt.wt to 100 pt.wt. of the fixing resin. Toner grain size in this toner is a range of 5 to 15μm, and it is desirable that a space grain of 0.05 to 1.0μm in volume reference mean grain size is stuck to the toner grain surface.</p> |
